About to try this in a large glass(Pyrex) loaf pan. Doubling the recipe to keep the thickness similar. Ive been really wanting grilled cheese, and keto bread loaves or mixes are just ridiculous price. One of the very very few things Ive ever used bread for for myself. If it turns out good Ill try it for bologna and cheese- once I find bologna thats low carb and hope that the bread works ok no toasted. With butter in a pan with cheese as long as it holds together should be fine, but untoasted the flavor and texture differences are more noticeable in any bread. Its silly when meats like that (bologna, hotdogs, etc but not spam- something everyone else loves friend but Im not a fan, might have to try though)have more carbs than protein. Just recently found good natural skin, organic etc hotdogs that are 2g carbs for code.swecha.org a foot long(and they were only $4 for 3 lbs at my local store.

Once the bread is cooked- Ill check at 90 but might need longer in this case- Ill cut it into 2 squares from the big rectangle, Supraketo.org then each square into 2 slices. Round just doesnt work well for grilled cheese and all my square back ng ceramics are too small. Reading my almost d and coconut flours, Id definitely say to stick with almond for keto anyway. Its not a huge difference (3tbsp almond has 1 net carb and 1 tbsp coconut has 1.5) but the ratios are better and for grilled cheese I think almost d would just taste better. Either would be good for French toast Id think. Will update with results(adjusted time mainly). Wondering if could be made even bigger, like 4x I stead of 2 in same dish, so that I could get 4 slices of "middle" bread per batch. If not, will have to look around for a good sized square dish for this. Will definitely try for English muffin/bagel substitute at some point as well- cant go wrong with a breakfast sandwich, and a plain cream cheese vehicle would be nice sometimes.
